Manager Corporate Credit
General purpose
The Manager Corporate Credit we are seeking will be responsible to manage and supervise an assigned team of Account Managers servicing the Corporate Credit portfolio, including monitoring the overall developments of the clients’ accounts and adherence to the credit policy in order to follow the strategic plan of the Corporate Department and achieve the sales/service targets.

Position Highlights
Identify (sales) opportunities for the Bank and cross sell all banking products and services to the Bank’s clients by offering tailor-made solutions.
Responsible for overall client relationship. Monitor/ensure that acceptable service levels are maintained by all departments in connection with services rendered to clients.
Maintain ongoing customer contact by interviewing clients and prospective clients, and conducting site visits in order to stay informed about commercial/financial performance of the client and any relevant market developments affecting the client.
Recommend the division manager and Management on product/pricing strategy.
Maintain acceptable levels of risk in portfolio, including follow up on delinquencies and compliance with loan agreements.
Formulate specific sales and/or service targets for the staff in line with the overall goals and targets of the Corporate Banking Division.
Ensure that adequate due diligence and appropriate action is in connection with (assigned) portfolio.
Supervise, coach, train and support staff of the assigned departments to ensure that sales and service targets are realized.
 
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent.
Experience in management within the financial sector.
A business focused attitude, with a good knowledge of the local economy.
Ability to negotiate, solve problems and make effective decisions.
High levels of integrity and honesty.
Strong analytical and communication skills (oral & written).
